Material Girl the music video



 

In the end the music video came out a success. My friends and fellow people that helped to make my idea come to life we’re very excited to see the final product. I did end up filming at a boutique instead of the mall with the permission of my boss who owns the store. She believed it was a great idea. I came in early so that I could shoot before people started to come in. Then I went home and edited it on iMovie afterward. The people that really helped out the most were my mom and my step dad. I was very stressed the first time I recorded and got it wrong. With help I ended up making a great video. I did like the outcome better and it was easier to film since there were no costumers.

Our genre decision

   We decided that a Drama film was the appropriate genre that matched our pitch. A drama matches a specific criteria,  that we want to meet so it would be easier to incorporate different things into the opening sequence without it being considered unorganized. The music is also a choice that we can make, with the proper permission. Seeing as we can use a song with or without words because both tend to be normal for those kinds of blogs, whether it be spooky or calm and relaxed, or even intense. The costuming and acting is entirely off of what we decide to make our story about. Drama is honestly the simplest and easiest to work with. Out other two choices were coming of age and comedy. Comparing 9, The Short, and 9, The Full Length Movie

 In 9 the short film, the plot was very straightforward. It didn't really entail many abnormal distinct features that added to plot. There was very limited character development. In relation to the characters, we didn't see much of the main character "9" opinion or character. Regardless, the maker did an amazing job with the character distinction with the time given. The viewer was able to identify the main protagonist and antagonist with those simple ten minutes. In addition there was a clear beginning middle and end. The main antagonist was able to be portrayed in the correct manner with the limited amount of viewing given.  Together my group and I have decided to do an apple commercial. The audience will see the many ways different apple products can be used throughout our daily lives. They will also see how large the impact apple products have on many people in this generation. Also how they not only entertain yet are capable of helping out in many situations. -Clothes depending on the scene are usually casual clothes or athletic clothes since the products are not only used for a specific event.  -Props include APPLE cellphones (iphone), Laptops (macbooks),bluetooth headphones(airpods), and watches (apple watch) -The music through the commercial changes from a slow sweet nature like sounds to a high pace song to get people's attention and to feel the quick actions in the commercial  1.)
