Movie Convection: Five Feet Apart
Five Feet Apart is a romance movie released in 2019. In this movie they have one of the stereotypical teenage love stories. This is very common in the film world today. Especially on streaming services, such as Netflix. In this film the teens have an enemy to lovers relationship. I really like this because, it's a build up on the character development in how they fall for each other. At first it shows how mean the characters are to each other. Over the time period however, they begin to show a little sympathy for each other. Then eventually they fall in love but however, their love must come to an end. Although it is not widely liked I honestly enjoyed the way it ended. In this movie instead of the main characters ending up together like they usually do they instead decided they could not be together. This puts a realistic image on relationships like this. In the end everything may not turn out well even though the couple worked hard towards it. Putting out into the audience that not every relationship ends well. In this movie one of the elements I did not like was the sacrificial love. In the movie I feel like there were too many different views of love that it's hard for the audience can focus on one. It may even get them confused. Causing an overall confusion for the entire movie. The movie had an interesting plot and great character development. Although the movie is not as long as a tv series I think that the audience could grow to have a favorite character watching this film.
